The Hallmark of Accurate Technical Analysis Money - order flow forex trading system

The Hallmark of Accurate Technical Analysis Money ~ order flow forex trading system

The hallmark of accurate Technical Analysis is the ability to spot market movements several days and weeks ahead of other Traders for larger trading gains. This puts you at a significant advantage when it comes to trading these expected moves, while confirming the superiority of your Methodology. A few examples of Chart Forecasts using only Candlestick Patterns and Signals shows how this accuracy can be achieved to provide real results, without the use of Statistical Indicators or Economic Analysis.

On July 1 this year, there was a Bullish Consolidation Breakout on the AUD USD that appeared to indicate the continuation of the strong uptrend in place. This would possibly have taken us to the 0,9757 Resistance of October 2013 and provide strong Day Trading and Swing Trading gains.

DAILY CHART -  BREAKOUT

DAILY CHART - EXPECTED TARGET

However, this would gave way to a strong Bearish Reversal Candle that took out our Stop Loss when we entered to go long.

DAILY CHART - FALSE BREAKOUT

With this sudden change, one had to now re-examine the Currency Pair to determine if it would attempt to rally once more or start a Bearish trend in favour of the US Dollar. Based on the range and the nature of the candles of the previous trends since July of 2013 (Section 5 - Consolidation Trading on the Forex Market) and this most recent False Breakout, the pair was now more likely to decline within the context of a large Pennant Consolidation.

DAILY CHART - CONSOLIDATION FORECAST

This expected decline to Support eventually began on September 9th when a Bearish Candle broke the Support of a Consolidation setup. This would lead to a sharp 600-Pip decline over 3 weeks, completing the formation of the Pennant with the 2nd Resistance point.

DAILY CHART - CONSOLIDATION BREAKOUT

DAILY CHART - LARGE PENNANT FORMED

Since this setup was in sync with the Methodology, my clients were able to take advantage with a 148-Pip trade between the 11th and 17th of September.

The AUD NZD was another pair that offered a profitable trade in line with our strategy. It also formed another Consolidation pattern a few weeks later that was in line with my analysis.

On August 25, 2014, there was a brief Bullish breakout from a Consolidation pattern on the Daily Chart that allowed my clients to capture 69 Pips, just ahead of the reversal a few days later.

DAILY CHART- AUD NZD PENNANT

DAILY CHART - AUD NZD 69-PIP TRADE

Given the large size of the Pennant that was being broken, most analysts would have expected the move to last for several weeks and provide hundreds of Pips in trading gains. Fortunately, based on the parameters of my Methodology, my clients would not have been caught by this reversal. Our targets are always set to anticipate these pullbacks in the market regardless of the long-term forecasts.

These targets are at major price points in the market that either lead to temporary pullbacks before the breakout continues or reversals in trend direction. Since one can never be certain about what will take place at these areas, we always exit there for large, assured, short-term gains (Section 6 - Consolidation Trading on the Forex Market).

As this reversal continued, the nature of the candles suggested that the pair would not go back inside of the Pennant but would form a smaller Consolidation above the Resistance (Section 5 - Consolidation Trading on the Forex Market).

DAILY CHART - AUD NZD FORECAST
Trade executed on a Demo Account, but too Risky for a Live Account

As can be seen in the chart below, our expected formation has now materialized. A Pennant has now been formed that could give way to another Bullish breakout for sharp Aussie gains.

Finally, the CHF JPY whose pattern of Consolidation reflected the ongoing story of low liquidity and market volatilty, was also projected to decline. This followed yet another False Bullish Breakout attempt above its Resistance boundary.

DAILY CHART - CHF JPY ENTRY SIGNAL

This reversal was expected to lead to a decline to the Support area at 111.91. Trading this movement was possible and my clients were able to capture 76 Pips of this decline after a small initial loss.

SUMMARY

The accurate analysis of these major chart patterns can be done without Statistical Indicators or Economic Data that are usually late to the party. This market has a predictable cycle of patterns and signals that are seen across the Forex Market every day and for all Currency Pairs. Once they are identified and analyzed with the right set of Technical Parameters, your forecasts are more likely to match up with actual market movements- movements that can be traded for large and consistent profitability.

Learning to Trade Forex at Profit - kishore forex trading system

Learning to Trade Forex at Profit ~ kishore forex trading system

By Gerald Greene

Learning to trade forex online is easy. Learning to select the right dealing firm and to trade forex well and at a profit is more of a challenge.

There are several outstanding reasons why learning to trade forex is a worthwhile educational project. Forex, or foreign exchange trading is the granddaddy of them all in the trading field. Daily volumes are into several trillions of dollars. The huge size of the forex market reflects the basic use of money by everyone in the modern world. This massive activity every business day means that the skilled forex trader has a virtually unlimited pool of money to tap into almost at will.

After learning to trade forex the more successful forex traders can make hundreds, even thousands, of dollars every business day right from their own home or office computer. One of the most successful forex traders ever, George Soros, once made over a billions dollars in just a couple days time by correctly forecasting that the Bank of England would not be able to support an overvalued British Pound.

Once Soros had completed his analysis he took massive action and placed a large short position against the Pound. As the Pound collapsed Soros made his fortune.

So to come back to the few good reasons to why learning to trade forex may be a good idea for those who have risk capital to trade with:

1. The forex market is where the big money is. There are no predefined limits as to what a skilled trader can make from trading forex.

2. The forex market is worldwide and in major currencies quite active. You can trade forex around the clock five days a week.

3. The forex market is highly liquid. This means that there is always a dealing quote at which you can buy or sell active currencies.

4. Forex trading usually comes at you fast. Your trades will most often move into profit or hit a stop loss point very quickly.

5. Currencies usually trend in one direction for very long time periods. It is not unusual for a currency to trend in one direction for three to five years at a time. When you trade with the major trend you gain a trading edge.

If there is thing you need to remember above all others about learning to trade forex it is this one. Your chances of being profitable with your trade are increased tremendously when you trade with the major trend. When you enter your trade on a correction within the trend your odds of completing a successful trade increase even further.

As an example, let us say that you have identified the Euro as being in a major uptrend against the US Dollar. This is easy to determine by looking at a long term chart of the Euro against the Dollar. Instead of immediately placing a trade into the forex market and buying the Euro at its current level you wait until a correction takes place and buy the Euro on a pullback. This takes some patience and discipline to do but the payoff can be huge.

Once the major trend again kicks in your Euro position moves immediately to a profit. Then you have the difficult but pleasant decision to make as to when to take your profit. Learning to trade forex can be learned by breaking trades down into a series of easy to follow rules. But you must perform better than most traders and follow your rules.

The key to learning to trade forex at a profit is careful analysis as to the direction of the trend and then waiting for a good entry point. Patience and discipline are the hallmarks of the most successful forex traders.

TRANSITIONING FROM DAY TRADING TO SWING TRADING - no brainer forex trading system

TRANSITIONING FROM DAY TRADING TO SWING TRADING ~ no brainer forex trading system

Forex Trading has become a very popular means of earning income by individuals all around the world, ever since the market was opened up for Retail Trading several years ago. Those who have been successful in this challenging market have done so by Scalping, Day Trading or Swing Trading the major Currency Pairs each month, with a wide range of trading strategies. As lucrative as Scalping and Day Trading have proven to be for most of these traders, many have chosen to move away from these shorter term strategies in favour of the larger trends of Swing Trading. This style of trading is not as aggressive nor as exciting as the other strategies, but provides less exposure to market volatility and is a flexible, practical option for those with a non-Forex full-time job.

Despite the intention to trade the market with this new approach, however, many have found the transition very difficult given the new way of thinking that successful Swing Trading demands. The previous habit of analyzing the market and expecting a profitable move each day or week may create unrealistic expectations. One may also find it difficult to allow trades to move towards their targets without a micromanagement approach that was required in previous strategies. If, however, the trader were to practice and implement the following safeguards in a disciplined manner on a regular basis, a successful transition to Swing Trading will be realized.

OPEN UP ARBITRARY TRADES

On a Demo Account, open a position on two uncorrelated pairs and leave them for 7 days or until they are closed. This can be based on a strategy that you have already identified to use before going Live or a random selection if you are searching for that ideal strategy. Only check on the trades at the end of each day at 5 00 pm EST.

Ensure that all charts related to the trades are closed as well as anything that allows you to see the value of the trade/Account Balance. You should only be able to see that the trades are still open by viewing an Open Position tab on your platform such as this one;

This will allow you to become accustomed to the time it takes for these trades to reach their targets, without the pressure of a Live Account. You will also appreciate that despite the longer holding period for these trades, a few days can go by in the blink of an eye.

CLOSE THE SMALLER TIME FRAMES

The temptation to look at the daily movements of the market will follow new Swing Traders, depsite knowing the greater accuracy of the Larger Time Frames. To overcome this problem, the trader MUST close all of the Time Frames below the ones chosen for Swing Trading (generally 4 Hour Charts and higher are used). This will gradually reduce the impulse to constantly check on a trade because of small movements that have little bearing on the major trend direction.

STOP FOLLOWING THE NEWS

Yes, you read that correctly. Economic news released to the market each week can cause spikes and heightened volatility that can be very profitable for Day Traders within minutes. However, these reactions tend to be incorporated into the signals that are seen on the Higher Time Frames at the end of the day. You simply analyze the market in the context of this signal and then trade accordingly.

Once the setup is clear enough, you can make your trade decision without concern about the nature of the data nor the reaction of the market earlier in the day. It is even more important to not follow market news while the trade is in motion so that you dont second-guess yourself based on minor news items. As you pay less attention to these releases, you will realize that the most profitable swing trades do not require an awareness nor an understanding of the underlying economic fundamentals.

TRUST YOUR STRATEGY

As with most things in life, once a system has been proven itself to be good enough to be implemented, it will work on most occasions. Trust that your Swing Trading system will continue to work for you as it did on a Demo Account. It does not have to be accurate 100% of the time to be profitable so you just have to allow the winning trades to compensate for the losing ones. The habit of monitoring trades and exiting early because of a temporary pullback will only compromise the long-term profitability of the strategy. Trust your strategy, stick with it and it will reward you each month with large rates of return.

KIWI DOLLAR TEMPTING BEARISH SIGNAL FOR HUNDREDS OF PIPS - super max forex trading system.part1.rar

KIWI DOLLAR TEMPTING BEARISH SIGNAL FOR HUNDREDS OF PIPS ~ super max forex trading system.part1.rar

This pair has been in a very large Pennant setup for the last 3 years since the end of the strong 2-Year Uptrend between 2009 and 2011. We have been hovering on top of the Resistance of this Consolidation for the last few weeks and could see the start of a new Downtrend to carry us back down to Support. A strong Bearish Candle signal has been given in this regard below the current Uptrend Line and this Resistance, but the accompanying setup for the signal is too weak to justify entry. Nevertheless, a stronger setup could materialize this month to either continue the break Bearish, or provide a platform for a strong Bullish reversal.

The strong Uptrend that came to an end represented the return of Risk-Appetite to the market following the period of Safe-Haven buying of US Dollars in 2008. This has given way to a very wide Pennant within which we have been experiencing waves of smaller Uptrends and Downtrends.

DAILY CHART

Closer to home, so to speak, the pair has formed a Range above the Resistance of this Pennant. It has now broken the Support of this Range as well as that Resistance boundary to possibly start a very strong Downtrend. In the process, it has also broken below an Outer Uptrend Line.

DAILY CHART

Taking a closer look, we can see the strong Bearish Candle that broke below these barriers. On the face of it, this could be a signal to start entering short to take advantage of the potential drop of just under 400 Pips.

DAILY CHART

However, the setup is neither a Consolidation nor a strong Counter Trend Line - setups that you would expect/require after a large 300- Pip decline. This means that until we have a clearer, stronger setup at this crossroads, the chance of a Bearish trend is now equal to that of a Bullish rally that breaks the Downtrend Line.

While the market provides us with this setup that we need before trading, it is important that we constantly review past examples of this scenario. This will allow us to confidently trade the new signal in either direction and capture hundreds of pips that are likely to be on offer for us.

Forex Trading Calculating Profit And Loss In Foreign Currency Trading - kino forex trading system

Forex Trading Calculating Profit And Loss In Foreign Currency Trading ~ kino forex trading system

by: Gregory DeVictor

The foreign exchange market, or Forex market, is an around-the-clock cash market where the currencies of nations are bought and sold. Forex trading is always done in currency pairs. For example, you buy Euros, paying with U.S. Dollars, or you sell Canadian Dollars for Japanese Yen. The value of your Forex investment increases or decreases because of changes in the currency exchange rate or Forex rate. These changes can occur at any time, and often result from economic and political events. Using a hypothetical Forex investment, this article shows you how to calculate profit and loss in Forex trading.

To understand how the exchange rate can affect the value of your Forex investment, you need to learn how to read a Forex quote. Forex quotes are always expressed in pairs. In the following example, your pair of currencies are the U.S. Dollar (USD) and the Canadian Dollar (CAD). The Forex quote, USD/CAD = 170.50, means that one U.S. Dollar is equal to 170.50 Canadian Dollars. The currency to the left of the "/" (USD in this example) is referred to as base currency and its value is always 1. The currency to the right of the "/" (CAD in this example) is referred to as the counter currency. In this example, one USD can buy 170.50 CAD, because it is the stronger of the two currencies. The U.S. Dollar is regarded as the central currency of the Forex market, and it is always treated as the base currency in any Forex quote where it is one of the pairs.

Lets go now to our hypothetical Forex investment to show how you can profit or come up short in Forex trading. In this example, your pair of currencies are the U.S. Dollar and the Euro. The Forex rate of EUR/USD on August 26, 2003 was 1.0857, which means that one U.S. Dollar was equal to 1.0857 Euros, and was the weaker of the two currencies. If you had bought 1,000 Euros on that date, you would have paid $1,085.70.

One year later, the Forex rate of EUR/USD was 1.2083, which means that the value of the Euro increased in relation to the USD. If you had sold the 1,000 Euros one year later, you would have received $1,208.30, which is $122.60 more than what you had started with one year earlier.

Conversely, if the Forex rate one year later had been EUR/USD = 1.0576, the value of the Euro would have weakened in relation to the U.S. Dollar. If you had sold the 1,000 Euros at this Forex rate, you would have received $1,057.60, which is $28.10 less than what you had started out with one year earlier.

As with stocks and mutual funds, there is risk in Forex trading. The risk results from fluctuations in the currency exchange market. Investments with a low level of risk (for example, long-term government bonds) often have a low return. Investments with a higher level of risk (for example, Forex trading) can have a higher return. To achieve your short-term and long-term financial goals, you need to balance security and risk to the comfort level that works best for you.

Upcoming seminar on subprime mortgage crisis ~ forex avenger trading system

For readers who live in the New York area, here is an interesting upcoming seminar at Columbia University:

The subprime mortgage crisis of 2007: Anatomy of a market failure

Date: 03-10-2008
Start Time: 6:00pm
End Time: 7:30pm
Speaker: Kenneth A. Posner, Morgan Stanley
Location: 412 Schapiro CEPSR, Davis Auditorium

ABSTRACT

As home prices soared in 2004-5, consumers, realtors, mortgage lenders,
homebuilders, and investment banks all benefited. But few thought the good
times would last -- after all, everyone had learned to recognize a bubble
when they saw one. If thats the case, how did mortgage losses turn out so
large, and why do we find ourselves today confronting a major financial
crisis? This presentation will survey the damage resulting from the
subprime mortgage crash and provide a possible explanation for the magnitude
of the surprise which may be relevant to investors and risk managers in
other markets.
